For a Great Future

Several studies have confirmed that children who grow up with strong, positive values are healthier, happier and more successful in life. They know how to balance their personal needs and wants against those of others. They also know how to contribute to the welfare of society.

We all want our children to grow up to be responsible adults who are good citizens with positive values. But then, if we do not instill proper values and behavior when they are young, problems with serious consequences can arise when children grow older.

The most important thing we can do for our children is to motivate them to develop positive values that will help them become wise, happy and good. In fact, it is our duty to help them acquire values and skills that they can rely on throughout their lives. In this way, we can present them the best chance to lead good lives as individuals and as responsible citizens of this world. That is what ‘For a Great Future’ project endeavors to achieve with the help of all stakeholders.

The key objectives of ‘For a Great Future’ project is to facilitate time-starved teachers to integrate value-based nurturing in schooling in a time-efficient and results-oriented manner. It strives to discreetly use child psychology to inspire children to integrate and internalize the key moral values. In short, it offers an effective, efficient and exciting way to encourage, engage and empower children to construct their own value system.

The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically… Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.  — Martin Luther King Jr.
